Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Postage and Packaging is charged according to weight. Costs will automatically fall in to one of following three categories -
UK A £3.00 B £6.50 C £14.00
Europe A £4.00 B £10.00
Worldwide A £4.50 B £14.00
Category C items are only available for UK

Delivery Schedule
Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Our standard delivery option is provided by Royal Mail / Parcel Force, and takes 2-5 working days within UK Mainland

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
We are not VAT registered.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption via our payment service provider PROTX who authorise your details and process the paymment. At no point do we view your credit card details.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 days following receipt of goods by advising us in writing (by post or e-mail). In this eventuality the goods will need to be returned to our storage facility the address of which is supplied with the goods. Once we have received confirmation of receipt of goods received undamaged and in the same condition as sent we will credit the customer's credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility. All postage costs are non-refundable including the initial costs of sending the item(s).

Soukh do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
